Elections of deputies of the Majlis Parliament of Kazakhstan
From 12 to 16 January, 2012 year – the secretary of Central Election
Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan Oybek Soatov composed the
mission of observers from CIS and the deputy of Legislative Chamber of
Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Nasim Alimov composed the
mission of observers from SCO took part in the monitoring of the early
elections of deputies of the Majlis Parliament of Kazakhstan.
The participation in elections in the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russian Federation
From 2 to 6 December 2011, the
delegation of Uzbekistan headed by the chairman of the Central Election
Commission of Uzbekistan Mirza-Ulugbek Abdusalomov as a foreign
observers participated in observing elections in the State Duma of
Federal Assembly of Russian Federation.

From 28 to October 31, 2011 Secretary of the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan Oybek Soatov – composed of the mission of Commonwealth Independent States observers and member of the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan Janabay Sadykov – composed of the mission The Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s observers participated in observation election of the President of Kyrgyz Republic.
Europe and CIS Regional BRIDGE Workshop on Electoral Systems
From 12 to 16 of September, 2011 in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. the member
of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sadikov
Janabay participated in Regional BRIDGE Workshop on Electoral Systems
organized by the UNDP’s Democratic Governance Group of the Bureau for
Development Policy (DGG/BDP) and UNDP Bratislava Regional Center (UNDP
BRC) in cooperation with UNDP/Turkmenistan. Also the representatives of
UNDP Moldova, Kyrgyzstan and Georgia, members and 26 representatives of
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, and Tajikistan attended the workshop.

The 18-22 of August 2011, member of the Central Election Commission of The Republic of Uzbekistan Komiljon Adilov and deputy of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Jahangir Babaev composed of the CIS mission observers took part in the elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Abdusalomov received the professor of International Relations at the
Havre University (France) Pierre Chabal – participant of the
international scientific-practical conference on “The Concept of the
further deepening of democratic reforms and the formation of civil
society in Uzbekistan”.
CEC members attend extraordinary presidential elections in Kazakhstan
Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission Kuchkar Togayev as part of CIS observer mission, and member of the Central Election Commission Madaminbek Ahmedov as part of SCO observer mission attended the extraordinary elections of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 31 to April 4, 2011.
